I ordered this iPod. I got it today, and it is syncing as I write this. But this page says the 3rd generation iPod. I'm not entirely sure that is what I received. It came with 2.2.1 firmware and didn't come with the headphones with the remote and mic. I am disappointed at the false advertisement portrayed on this page. If it indeed turns out to be a second generation, I am going to return it. Get more detail about Apple iPod touch 32 GB (3rd Generation) NEWEST MODEL.
